PHYSICIST / CLEVELAND / TO £35K

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a motivated & innovative PHYSICIST / DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER to help deliver the next generation of Instruments
* Reporting to the Technology Manager, you will apply physics & engineering skills to turn ideas in products.
* We are keen to hear from enthusiastic PHYSICISTS with a degree (or equivalent) in Physics
* Prior experience of technical development work is desirable as well as skills in the application of physics & practical engineering
* Good project planning skills & interpersonal skills required
* Must be a proficient experimentalist, able to demonstrate an innovative approach to problem solving
* Knowledge of radiation & instrumentation beneficial along with simple mathematical modeling techniques
* The challenges of the role include designing & conducting experiments as well as building & testing prototypes
* You will support customers providing solutions to resolve problems & work with universities & research organisations to innovate our products & services
